99-DAY FULL REFUND AND ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

For the reasons outlined below, we are happy to offer you two options: a complete refund for your order if requested within 99 days from the invoice date, or the delivery of a replacement within a one-year period.

  • The merchandise you receive is faulty, damaged, fractured, or unable to function correctly.
  • Missing or lost items from your order.
  • The item received is incorrect (size, color, or custom).
  • The product is not what you expected or is not as described in our descriptions.

In addition to the reasons mentioned earlier, here are additional factors that may prevent you from receiving a full refund within 99 days or a replacement order:

  • Requesting a refund after the 99-day full refund warranty period.
  • You have changed your mind and no longer want the item.
  • You intend to request a modification to the size, color, or customization of the item received.
  • You selected the incorrect size, address, product, or custom information, among other things.
  • The product has incurred damage due to improper use, mishandling, or insufficient maintenance.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT?

STEP 1: Contact Us.

STEP 2: Provide a detailed description of the issue you encountered, accompanied by a photograph of the item you received or a photo of the shipping label.

STEP 3: Receive support once your ticket has been submitted to the Customer Service department.

Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to the following table for more details:

  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days
  • Credit card: Up to 10 business days

If the issue stems from the quality of our products, we offer a refund within 99 days from the invoice date.

How long does it take for me to receive my refund credited to my original payment method?

It takes approximately 5-7 business days to process the refund to your original payment method after we receive the request. There may also be an inspection period of up to 3 days after your case is received by ABTDA.

What exceptions might prevent me from getting a full refund?

  • If your request for a refund is made after 99 days from delivery.
  • Issues caused by entering the wrong shipping address, incorrect custom information (e.g., custom name, hair color), or if the size you ordered does not fit.
  • If the order was fulfilled with the exact information and items you requested.

How do I prepare my shipment for return?

You don’t need to return your items to us since this would take up your valuable time and money. Simply provide detailed information and photos of the items you received, and we’ll work to resolve your issue.

Can I exchange my item(s)?

All ABTDA products are custom-printed. If you would like to exchange an item for another size or design, we kindly ask that you cover the resend fee. The resend fee will depend on the specific product(s) you purchased.
